We ask that all children fill in a registration form. It is not compulsory, and we will not turn away children who arrive alone without a form, but adults dropping children off will be asked to fill in a form.

 

The information on the registration form helps us ensure children receive the best possible care on site, and give us confidence that all their needs are being met in the best possible way. Should a child need first aid, or would like to be collected for any reason, the information on the registration form is vital.
